Job Title: Aftersales Support Executive

Location: Bristol
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

Hexis Talent is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Aftersales Support Executive. Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their Aftersales team. This role is essential in supporting the Aftersales Manager by managing incoming enquiries, providing accurate and timely quotations, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth within the Aftersales department.

Key Responsibilities:

New Customer Development

  • Respond promptly to incoming Aftersales requests, with a target response time of within 2 hours.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all customer dispatches, following up to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying further business opportunities.
  • Handle enquiries for spares and services, providing rapid and accurate quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Contribute to sales growth by proactively seeking new business opportunities within the Aftersales sector.

Existing Customer Development

  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional account management.
  • Address enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Follow up on quotations to secure additional business and drive client retention.
  • Proactively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Administration

  • Participate actively in weekly sales meetings with the Sales Director.
  • Manage and prioritise emails, referring specific queries to the Operations team as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all Health and Safety policies.
  • Update the CRM daily with details of customer interactions, activities, opportunities, and pipeline management.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Uphold the companys values in all aspects of the role.
  • Achieve Key Development Areas (KDAs) as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Drive growth within the assigned category and meet quarterly targets.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing customer needs and providing accurate information.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer engagement.
  • Account Management Experience: Proven experience in managing customer accounts and building strong relationships.
  • Sales Skills: A solid background in sales with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and work within budget constraints.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative thinking and the ability to find effective solutions to customer challenges.
