Our client, a tier one leading Main Contractor are seeking a Disrepairs Supervisor to join their team based in Croydon.

Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing Operatives working on reactive repairs within social housing, as well as inspecting the quality of work provided.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead and mentor your team, supporting their development and ensuring staffing levels align with service demands.
• Oversee repairs teams to consistently achieve performance goals.
• Ensure high-quality work by conducting inspections, reviewing inspection reports, analyzing key performance indicators, and evaluating customer satisfaction surveys.
• Effectively manage material costs and ensure all team members follow established processes and procedures.
• Ensure excellent service delivery by managing work schedules in accordance with company protocols, standards, and Service Level Agreements.

Essential requirements:

• SSSTS
• Experience as a supervisor
• Social housing experience
• Full UK drivers license
