Senior FP&A Analyst

Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for finance? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious company based in London as a Senior FP&A Analyst.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on financial strategy and processes within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in preparing weekly flash forecasts, quarterly reforecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Reporting & KPIs: Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and key performance indicators, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. Support the standardization and automation of reporting processes.
• System Implementation: Play a key role in the development and deployment of Anaplan for financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. Assist in implementing and utilizing Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• ERP Integration: Support the ERP implementation project, ensuring seamless integration with current systems and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather data and ensure alignment of financial objectives. Present financial analysis and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role, preferably within a large organisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential.
