Our client, a tier one leading Main Contractor are seeking a Disrepairs Supervisor to join their team based in Clapham.

Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing Operatives working on reactive repairs within social housing, as well as inspecting the quality of work provided.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Supervise repair teams to consistently achieve performance objectives.
• Ensure high standards of work quality by conducting inspections, reviewing inspection reports, analyzing key performance indicators, and assessing customer satisfaction surveys.
• Effectively control material costs and ensure all team members comply with established processes and procedures.
• Ensure outstanding service delivery by managing work schedules and adhering to company standards, protocols, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Essential requirements:

• SSSTS
• Experience as a supervisor
• Social housing experience
• Full UK drivers license
