We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef Manager for an exciting new and exclusive contract in the heart of London. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic catering team in a fully renovated greenfield site, serving an insurance company. From trendy staff dining to barista coffee and extensive client hospitality, this position promises a unique culinary challenge in a prestigious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a catering team to deliver the best service.
• Ensure the highest quality food and service are provided within budget.
• Design innovative menus and create exceptional food, including hospitality and fine dining for VIP guests.
• Build strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
• Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and regulatory policies.
