Graphic Designer

We are recruiting on our behalf of our client, The Neale Agency Group, who is an established and expanding integrated agency working across the spectrum of live events, design and communication. They have grown out of the desire to do everything in house and now have 3 distinct businesses sitting under the group umbrella, Periscope Live, Sonar Design & Torpedo Production.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their fast-paced events based design studio, Sonar Design who work with clients to produce creative solutions for all of their marketing requirements, and will have a creative flair and be experienced in graphic event design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for events, ensuring they align with client brand guidelines.
• Work on large format graphic designs, including graphics for the sides of buildings
• Collaborate with the stakeholders across the group team to create innovative and stimulating designs including digital assets both inhouse and client facing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong creative flair and design skills (we are looking for a designer, not an artworker).
• Experience in following and implementing client brand guidelines.
• Willingness to work in our Daventry office
• Experience in large format graphic design is a nice to have.
