They've never had to make redundancies, and their growth is now accelerating. They currently produce just under 2000 units annually, but their goal is to ramp up and they have a great roadmap for this - which believe it or not makes sense.

As the Head of Purchasing and Production, you’ll manage a production team of 10, oversee quality control, and lead the transformation of our operations to meet these ambitious targets. You’ll own the end-to-end process: managing production lines, improving workflows, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. You'll also play a critical role in developing strategies to scale efficiently while keeping quality at the forefront.

This is not your typical management role—this is about getting involved in every aspect of production. You’ll love the challenge of working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where you’re expected to adapt and solve problems on the fly. With production growing, you’ll be instrumental in improving processes, streamlining operations, and ensuring smooth product integration.

In this role, you won’t be sitting back; you’ll be on the floor, rolling up your sleeves, and leading by example alongside the founders, who regularly join the team in production. Your input will help them navigate the growing pains of scaling operations while ensuring they continue delivering high-quality products. You'll be managing expectations, troubleshooting issues, and pushing back when necessary—all while driving the business toward its ambitious production goals.

To be successful, you need to have worked to high-quality cosmetic standards, and working with intricate components parts - from 200-400. You'll be ready to get stuck in, reporting directly into the Co-Founder and be able to bring everyone in the team along on the journey of the growth with improvements in processes, and quality as well as supporting development and growth of the people.
