Lorien's leading banking client is looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to join the existing team on an initial 6month contract.

Required Skills:

1. Demonstrated track record in CRM strategy management within Financial Services.
2. Align one-bank strategy and deliver consistent customers & colleagues experience.
3. Experience in managing the following strategic options:

• Software – the right tool to deliver the right outcomes for business capability.
• Managed services – the right people to support our ability to deliver our goals.

1. Excellent documentation skills; ensure clear communication and effective.
2. Self-starter individual who can lead workshops with multiple teams.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to influence senior technical and business leaders.
4. Team-oriented mindset, a can-do attribute and strong commitment to their work.
