Salary / Rate of pay: £35,000 per annum

Package

• £35,000 per annum

What's involved?

• Maintaining healthy and positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Be the first point of contact for any departmental administrative duties
• Identifying and resolving any problems in a timely manner
• Support the team with any existing or new projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Book meetings and forward inquiries to the relevant contact/s
• Attend to urgent or planned matters when the Ops and Comms Manager are on annual leave/absent
• Collaborating with executives in creating operational policies and procedures
• Assist with setting up events
