Key responsibilities of General Manager:

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage budgeting, financial performance, and inventory control to drive profitability.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance guest loyalty.

About You:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
