My client is looking for an experienced Residential Real Estate Solicitor who is looking for a partnership opportunity. You will be joining a firm that is highly regarded and has an incredibly well-established reputation in property law.

Property law is what this firm is known for working at the cutting edge of the commercial and residential property sectors. They are privileged to sit on many panels and associations and are continually learning from their peers and colleagues in the wider community. Whilst they are

appreciated for their strengths across all property disciplines, their reputation in leasehold enfranchisement is particularly strong.

You will find the team to be plain talking and personal. The firm is looking to recruit a Residential Real Estate Partner with management experience and has an immediate vacancy for a solicitor with 8+ years of PQE to lead the team.

The firm is looking for a driven individual who can manage their caseload on a day-to-day basis and assist the wider team on more complex issues. Candidates must have strong and existing experience in managing a residential real estate team.

The successful candidate will be able to show they have:

• A minimum of 8+ years PQE
• Management experience.
• Networking and “rainmaking” expertise.
• Excellent communication and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work pragmatically and proactively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Highly organised and logical.
• Good flexibility and adaptability.
