Job Description

Job Title: Service Desk Manager

Location: Bristol (2/3 days onsite)

Salary: £60,000


Peaple Talent have partnered with an established organisation looking for a Service Desk Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the field and desk based Service Desk teams.


The Role:

  • Lead and manage the team to support all IT Support Service aspects
  • Monitor the quality of Service Desk interactions to ensure effective performance management and customer satisfaction
  • Analyse processes, find alternative solutions and recommend new methods. Help set requirements for process changes


The Candidate:

  • Significant experience managing a Global Service Desk team.
  • Knowledge and experience of ITIL
  • Strong analysis and reporting skills


The Package:

  • Base salary: £60,000
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Onsite parking
