Audit Director

Our client, a rapidly growing firm with offices in Peterborough and Milton Keynes, is seeking an Audit Director RI. This position offers a unique chance for an experienced Senior Manager or Director to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this pivotal role, you will support the Partners in implementing the firm's strategy, driving sustainable profitability, and shaping a bright future for the firm. You will serve as a role model, leading yourself and others to create a positive impact on the firm, clients, and your team in a responsible, resilient, and inclusive manner. Balancing leadership with delivery, you will need a deep understanding of the firm's strategic direction and how you and your team contribute to its long-term goals. As an RI for the firm, you will adopt an ownership mindset, thinking and acting like an owner rather than an employee.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fully ACA / ACCA qualified with practice experience
• At least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong client and commercial awareness
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proficiency in networking and fee generation
