You will work on both social and brand campaigns, delivering from a production standpoint while collaborating with producers.

Role Overview:

As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company's creative projects. You will ensure that everyone involved is clear on their roles and responsibilities, bringing calm, authoritative discipline to the creative process and commanding respect from colleagues and internal customers at all levels. You will manage the expectations and inputs of internal customers while coordinating multi-disciplined teams to achieve the highest possible standard of work efficiently.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and the Operations Lead, developing positive working relationships both internally and externally. This role offers a unique opportunity to help define the company culture and ways of working.

Experience Needed:

• Proven track record in managing multi-channel creative campaigns.
• Strong background in advertising agencies.
• Excellent commercial tracking skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders, creative teams, and producers.
• In-depth knowledge of the creative and design process, with an understanding of production processes.
• Ability to take and interpret creative briefs effectively.
• Capability to read and translate media schedules to facilitate the creative process.
