About Us:

We are currently seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team and assist clients in securing the best mortgage deals.

As a Mortgage Advisor you will work closely with an established Estate Agency team to help customers purchase their dream home whilst taking care of all their mortgage and protection needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
• Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients.
• Assess clients’ financial circumstances to determine suitable mortgage products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market and related financial products.
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare and submit detailed mortgage applications on behalf of clients.
• Offer guidance on protection products related to the mortgage process, such as life insurance and home insurance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within an estate agency setting & a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage market and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
