Role

As the Digital Trading Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of highly experienced Digital Trading Executives in helping to devise and deliver a trading strategy that will help the business hit its commercial targets. You will be responsible for leading the optimisation of the digital customer experience with insight and analytics at the heart of all decisions, leading to improvements across sales, conversion, and engagement.

In this key role you will be working closely with other teams within the business including Commercial and Marketing, helping to each category strategy into a detailed 6–9-month digital category plan. You will then be tasked with the successful delivery of each plan across a variety of different Digital channels.

Experience

• Background within an Ecommerce sector within a large/national organisation.
• Team management experience is essential with a background of effective leadership and personnel development.
• Extensive experience in Digital Trading including strategy and delivery.
