Garage Coordinator

Groupe Loyal Express is seeking a Garage Coordinator to manage emergency calls, vehicle repairs, and maintenance. This role involves handling urgent calls, scheduling interventions, and coordinating parts and work orders. Responsibilities: Emergency Call Management: Respond to emergency calls and emails. Monitor incidents and operations. Schedule interventions for on-road repairs. Mechanical Breakdown Tracking: Track mechanical issues using software (MIR, Teecards, Toros). Ensure repair management. Garage Coordination: Organize maintenance, repairs, parts orders, and SAAQ appointments. Provide support to garage mechanics. Work Order Closure: Verify hours worked and parts used. Close work order files. Data Entry: Enter information into management software (BW, MIR, etc.). Other Related Tasks Work Conditions: Schedule : Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Travel : Occasional visits to different garages within the group (mileage reimbursed). Emergency Weekend Calls : 1 to 2 times per month (paid). Skills: Strong communication and priority management. Proficiency with software tools (MIR, BW, etc.). Ability to handle emergencies and coordinate efficiently. Management knowledge in mechanics.
