Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have regarding our products and services. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on customer feedback
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records in our CRM system
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
- Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to work in an office and remote setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

The pay range for this role is:
27 - 30 USD per hour(Pittsburgh, PA 15213)
