We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Rep to join our remote team. As a Call Center Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information
- Update customer information in the database accurately
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

The pay range for this role is:
