We are seeking a dedicated Tele Chat / Live Chat Support specialist to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through tele chat and live chat channels. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via tele chat and live chat channels
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using tele chat and live chat software

The pay range for this role is:
