We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. This position can be performed remotely or in our office, providing flexibility for the right candidate. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
