We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our database systems. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring accuracy in all records.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into computer systems
- Verify accuracy of data input and correct errors
- Maintain data confidentiality and security
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry software
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
- Experience with database management is a plus
