We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hybrid - Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat support
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails related to client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner
- Managing and updating client information and records in our database
- Collaborating with team members to ensure effective and efficient response to client inquiries
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member or department
- Striving to achieve and exceed individual and team performance metrics
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
