• BC/BE OBGYN, 2024 Residents, and Visa Candidates may apply
• Staffed with 3 FTE OBGYN physicians and 1 Women's Health NP
• No area competition
• 25.2% C-Section rate with 24/7 Epidural coverage provided by anesthesia

• Clinic is on Hospital Campus of Level IV Trauma Center
• 5 Delivery rooms, C-section suite, and Level 1 nursery with strong Pediatrician support
• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• 275 deliveries per year on average with steady growth percentages

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary of $340K
• $113K in annual quality incentives plus wRVU productivity incentives with a threshold of 7,200 and a rate of $54
• $40K Commencement bonus
• $8K CME with 3 days
• Full Benefits, including Malpractice with tail

• Robust Diagnostic services, Telemedicine to expand specialty care and consults, and a Multidisciplinary Team for close collaboration with dedicated OB nursing staff, and support personnel, as well as other medical specialists within the hospital
