Physician / Pediatrics / Arizona / Permanent / Pediatrician Needed in a Phoenix, AZ Suburb Job

An established practice in Phoenix, AZ is currently searching for a pediatrician to join their group. This position is mostly outpatient with newborn rounding every 1 in 6 weeks. They are offering a 4-day workweek of 10-hour shifts, and you will see an average of 20 patients per day in the office. Call is only 2 weeks per year and is nurse-triaged. The incoming physician will work alongside several other pediatricians in the office. Spanish skills are a plus but not a requirement.

This employed opportunity is offering a salary based on experience plus a production bonus plan. You will receive malpractice insurance with tail coverage, medical/dental/vision benefits, 5 weeks of PTO plus 10 paid holidays, 40 hours of CME plus stipend, and relocation assistance. You will also be eligible to apply for NHSC and/or state student loan repayment.
