Physicians to staff Emergency Department at Medical Center in Houston Must be Board Certified or Eligible: ABEM or AOBEM certification/eligibility plus 2years of ER experience OR At least 5years ER experience (OR 1-year EM Fellowship) plus ABIM/AOBIM, or ABFM/ABOFM certification/eligibility ACLS/ATLS/PALS/CPR Required Medical Director stipend available for interested, qualified candidate ER averages 30K patients per year 18 hours per day of APP coverage Physician Shift Times: 7a-7p and 7p-7a EMR is Meditech with Dragon The ED is looking for full-time (12 shifts/month including 2 weekends) or part-time (6 shifts/month including 1 weekend) 1099 Status with covered malpractice & tail $280/Hr for 10 or more shifts/month and $270/Hr for 9 or less shifts/month
