Overnight Pool Technician III

Job Description
The Pool Technician III will perform preventative maintenance to all pool and spa equipment as well as identifying and resolving mechanical issues and documenting all work performed.This employee is courteous and professional as they work to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and members. Most shifts will be on the late night shift.
Ideally, the Pool Tech III will have at least 1 year of working experience maintaining Electrical/Mechanical equipment. We will train the Pool Technician III on the specifics of pool and spa maintenance and repair.The Pool Tech III must be able to obtain Certified Pool Operators Certification within 90 days of joining The Houstonian team.
Skills needed to be successful in this role include, effective verbal and written communication in English, reading instructions, data, gauges and charts, computer proficiency. Occasional driving is required, so the Pool Tech III must possess a valid Texas Drivers License and maintain a good driving record. They must also be able to safely operate a company vehicle equipped with a lift gate and/or a standard transmission.
The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is open every day, so you'll need to be available for a varied schedule that includes some weekdays, weekends and holidays.
