Job Description
Provide daily troubleshooting and technical support for the FAS network and associated OT subsystems.
Monitor network performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
Manage network configurations, upgrades, and security measures to ensure the optimal operation of OT systems.
Collaborate with senior network engineers and other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
Document network changes, configurations, and procedures in accordance with university standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of network policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct routine maintenance and updates for network hardware and software.
Support the integration of new OT subsystems into the FAS network.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for network security and data integrity.
