Their team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and customer satisfaction.They are currently looking for anHGV Trailer Technician(Skilled and Trainees with relevant experience)to join their well-established team based inStowmarket, Suffolk.

As anHGV Trailer Technicianyour key responsibilities will include:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on HGV trailers
• Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Completing repair orders and maintaining accurate records of work performed
• Ensuring compliance with DVSA legislation

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with additional overtime available. Working Schedule 07:30 hrs 18:00 hrs.

About you:

You will have previous experience as anHGV Trailer Technicianor in a similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of HGV trailers and their components.Applicants with less experience are also welcomed and training can be given, however, you must have some mechanical experience or training.You should be proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, capable of lifting heavy objects, and performing physically demanding tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills are essential. A valid Driving Licence and the ability to reliably commute to the Stowmarket area is required.
