Electrical Engineer

Expleo are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestige automotive client for an Electrial Engineer focused within the harness & power supply validation within the automotive sector. You will be responsible for the support to the electronic and team with all aspects.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer -

Validation Tasks:

• • Ensure the reliability of power supply architecture.
  • Confirm circuits of electronic parts.
  • Verify the layout of wiring looms and harness parts.
  • Assess functionality, performance, and reliability according to Nissan's design/test standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Test Planning:

  • Develop test plans to align with project and design milestones.
  • Create testing procedures, confirm vehicle specifications, and identify test parts required. This includes arranging vehicle transportation when necessary.

• Technical Coordination:

  • Serve as the project leader for overall vehicle test technical coordination when required.
  • Formally report test results to design sections and upper management.

Requirements of the Electrical Engineer

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Electrical Knowledge: Proficient in electrical theory and the operation of electronic devices.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both written and verbal English.
• Harness/EDS Experience: Experienced in harness and EDS layout and application.
• Circuit Diagram Proficiency: Capable of following system circuit diagrams and identifying electrical connections.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated practical experience with problem-solving tools and techniques.
• CAD Tools: Experienced in using automotive CAD tools.
