Job Description

The company designs and sells high end fully fitted luxury bathrooms and kitchens from its three boutique showrooms in prime London locations.

The key to this exceptional and unrivalled service is dedicated project managers running from a dedicated team at the company's head office in Essex.


The ideal candidate is an experienced and hands on manager able to diligently manage their own projects whilst leading the project management team at head office in Essex. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years kitchen and or bathroom industry experience although exceptional candidates without experience may still be considered.


You will actively manage and lead the operations team through the next phase of expansion and growth. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day operations, mentoring and working with the operations team at the head office in Essex to manage installations delivering operational excellence and client delight. We are a small team and you will be required to manage your own installations and clients in addition to bearing responsibility for ensuring the companies procedures and processes are strictly followed by all team members across the business. The ideal candidate will also be able to deal with administrative tasks and client care issues and ultimately manage high level complaints from demanding clients.

Qualifications

  • Business Management degree or related discipline
  • 5 -10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, managerial, interpersonal and communication skills
