We are representing a Family office and Development Company who are delivering a 20+ year project and have mandated us to strengthen their small team of highly experienced property professionals.

This is a career defining mixed-use scheme that is complex in nature and will incorporate residential, BTR / PRS, later living, retail space, commercial offices and light industrial units. All being driven forward with a genuine placemaking mindset.

We are looking for:

• Entrepreneurial approach to commercialising opportunities
• Demonstrable track record of sourcing commercial partners for retail and commercial space
• Proven history of putting together long-term deals and commercial partnerships
• Broad experience spanning asset management, development management and property management.
