Site Engineer – Groundworks (Derby)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 or £280 - £320 per day

Location: Derby (covering East Midlands)

A leading and expanding groundworks contractor in the East Midlands is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with the latest construction technology, including machine control and GPS, with full training and development provided if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee groundworks operations across multiple sites in the East Midlands.
• Set out and level sites using modern equipment, including GPS and machine control systems.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.
• Contribute to the development of a close-knit, supportive engineering team.
