Legal Secretary

• Salary up to £26,000 per annum

We're working alongside a leading South West law firm, looking two Legal Secretaries, to join our clients respective Residential, and Commercial Property team’s in Bath. You will be an integral part of a highly skilled support team that provides secretarial and administrative support to the firm’s fee earners, ensuring they can focus on the legal work, and provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to their clients. This role is perfect for an outgoing Legal Secretary who’s looking for their next step in their career.

Responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for new client enquiries.
• Diary management; appointment & meeting room bookings, team meetings etc.
• File administration.
• Secretarial work – including digital dictation working for multiple fee earners.
• Systems and procedure use and compliance.
• Receiving post and scanning onto our systems.
• Opening files.
• Preparing client care documentation.
• Updating/chasing agents.
• Closing files.

What we need from you:

• High personal standards of work.
• Previous experience as either a Legal Secretary or Legal Receptionist.
