Technical Programme Manager

Salary: £108,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various technical programmes and driving continuous improvement within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate programme goals, progress, and health to stakeholders in a tailored and effective manner.
- Establish systems to identify and drive improvements in business processes, products, and services.
- Organise and manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Drive organisational change, working closely with partner teams to manage and communicate changes.
- Identify stakeholders, strategize and prioritise objectives, and ensure alignment of schedules and dependencies.
- Forge and maintain effective programme teams, addressing their needs and supporting them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess engineering problems and contribute to shaping technical directions.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Sufficient years of experience managing technical programmes with cross-functional and outsourced teams.
- Experience managing programmes for a portfolio of buildings in multiple geographies.
- Experience in procurement and negotiation with vendors, including managed service delivery.
- Background in smart buildings, control systems, IoT systems, IoT cybersecurity, or energy management.
