Business Analyst

Experienced Business Analysts- listen up! How would you like to get your teeth stuck into antiquated technology and processes and support your new employer through the journey of completely modernising their Technology landscape? We are currently supporting a manufacturing company to find a permanent Business Analyst to do exactly this.

The role:

In this role you will get the chance to work for an established and growing manufacturer with a brilliant client base who are going on a journey to modernise their Technology and processes.

You will work on a mixture of projects spanning 6-24 months in length.

You will interface with stakeholders to gain their trust, establish their requirements and work with delivery teams to help build newer, more suitable technology solutions throughout the company.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Current experience as a Business Analyst working on Technology projects.
• Be able to work in a slower paced environment with manual processes and niche skills then be able to translate that into helpful technology solutions to help speed up ways of working.
• An understanding of AGILE would be helpful
• Understand JIRA

The benefits:

This role is paying £45,000 per annum and is a hybrid position only requiring 2 days in the office.

The client's office is in Chatham, with other locations available too.
