Architectural Technologist

LB Design Recruitment are working with a chartered architectural practice that has a high level of expertise primarily in the residential sector. Projects range from refurbishment projects, through to home extensions, new-build properties and large-scale housing developments.

They are ideally looking for a middleweight Architectural Technologist / Technician to join their small team. Applications from junior and senior level technologists / technicians are also welcome, salary will reflect experience.

Duties will include the preparation of construction drawings for various sized construction projects. You will need a good level of experience in the residential sector with a firm understanding of the current UK building regulations and be proficient in AutoCAD. Planning stage experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

This is a full-time office based role but there is some flexibility with hours.
