A leading organisation requires a Senior IT Operations Manager/Head of IT Operations to join and guide its growing operations function. Suitable candidates will have experience of the folloiwng:

• Leading a global/enterprise-level NOC/IT operations function.
• Developing and implementing strategies across infrastructure and applications.
• Leading and mentoring Analysts, Snr Analysts, Team Leaders, and Technical Trainers with a NOC/operations function
• Driving adoption of automation/Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Driving change to deliver a cutting-edge NOC/operations function..
• Overseeing incident response and problem management.
• Implementing innovative monitoring and automation solutions.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring of infrastructure / applications.
• Optimising performance and establishing key metrics (KPIs and SLOs).
• Communicating effectively with senior management and other departments.
• Identifing areas for improvment/automation.
