• Undertake fee-earning work and contribute to the profitability of the employment team and broader business services division.
• Collaborate closely with partners in Reading and across other offices, ensuring seamless support and service delivery.
• Actively participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth.
• Uphold professional ethics and quality standards, representing the firm positively in all dealings.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with admission to the roll of solicitors or membership of the bar.
• Six to nine years of post-qualification experience in employment law, with a proven track record in employer advice and handling senior executive matters.
• Strong commercial acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
