Supply Chain Administrator

SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR ( 10 months Maternity Cover) – £25,000 – BEDFORD

Global client looking for a Supply Chain Administrator who has analytical and planning skills to provide support to the Commercial Product Manager on the complete product cycle from product cost, potential cost negotiation, order lead-time, shipping method, local repack requirement, through to delivery and invoice to ensure maximum efficiency of fulfilment.

The role has a strong focus on data analysis therefore as Supply Chain Administrator you will have a keen interest and proficiency in both Excel and data analysis.

Please note this role is a 10 month contract covering maternity leave with the possibility of going permanent

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Good numerical ability, with an aptitude for data analysis and report writing.
• Strong PC Skills, including Excel proficiency
• SAP experience would be a distinct advantage
• Supply chain experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Well organised and thorough with good attention to detail, even under pressure
• Ability to build rapport and working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Adaptable and flexible and be motivated to learn new tasks and processes quickly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Confident & personable with a can-do attitude
