£120k Basic + Uncapped Commission + Equity + Pension and Health

Established for 20 years, this highly dynamic, private equity-backed business is enjoying phenomenal growth, and it is on target to triple its multi-million turnover in the next three years.

To ensure they maintain and accelerate this success, they are investing in a high-calibre Sales Director to assess and develop their current strategy whilst managing and driving a high-performance sales and customer service team.

This is an exciting opportunity for short and long-term rewards culminating in equity and a highly profitable exit plan in a 3–5-year period.

As part of the executive team, you will report directly to the board and be responsible for overall planning, management and execution of the sales and growth strategy.

We are looking for high-energy, ambitious Senior Sales Managers or Directors. You should have experience working within a private equity-backed business and be able to demonstrate successful implementation of sales strategies leading to significant growth within a specified time period.

Additionally, you should have experience in managing sales teams to effectively utilise data and analytical skills, whilst personally delivering significant wins.

Experience working for a digital marketing business is a necessity, and a strong understanding of digital marketing, specifically within a trade environment, will be highly advantageous.
