X4 Technology are offering the opportunity for a Transition Manager to join a leading global bank based in Edinburgh on a day-rate contract basis.

The successful candidate will be working on a large-scale transformation programme with responsibility for leading the seamless integration of services into live operations. This is an end-to-end role, ensuring effective and high-quality transition of services from concept through to operational implementation. You'll also monitor, evaluate and continually improve the performance of transitioned services, acting as primary contact for guidance and support to stakeholders.

Requirements for the Contract Transition Manager (Banking)

In order to be successful in the role, we're looking for a Transition Manager who can demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience owning large-scale Service Transitions within banking
• End-to-end service transition from conception through to implementation
• Excellent transition planning including risk management, comms and training
• Ability to work collaboratively with change and transformation teams
• Outstanding stakeholder management and engagement skills across all levels
