Senior Planner - East London

Skilled Careers have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join a residential developer to work on high rise residential projects in the London area. The Residential Developer work on some of the most exciting schemes in and around the London Area and are offering a great opportunity for a Senior Planner to join a growing business. The Senior Planner will be working alongside the Pre-construction and delivery teams and have an influential role in the delivery of the projects.

Experience working as a Senior Planner on high-rise residential schemes and being a strong user of ASTA Power Project is a requirement in this role.

Job title: Senior Planner (Construction)

Location: East London

Salary: £80k - £110k (Negotiable DoE)

• Detailed understanding of construction planning and programming
• Detailed understanding of construction sequences
• Detailed understanding of construction details
• Detailed understanding of site logistic requirements
• Monitor progress and report as required.
• Detailed understanding of site presentation and appearance area requirements
• Detailed knowledge and adherence to Company Quality Control Procedures
