The Role

Real Estate Finance - Associate/Senior Associate - Up to £75,000 salary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 practice in their established and growing Real Estate team at their Bath office.

As a result of the significant growth of the firm’s Real Estate Finance offering, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate/Senior Associate to work alongside existing fee earners and partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will be a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with experience gained at a reputable firm and a strong knowledge of financing matters. The successful applicant will be responsible for handling a variety of transactional matters including bridging finance & development finance.

The Candidate

• Real Estate Finance Solicitor with experience gained in a reputable real estate team
• Experience dealing with bridging finance & development finance
• Acting for both Borrowers & Lenders, companies and individuals
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
