Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Derby (Hybrid 2-3 days per week on-site)

Salary: £85,000 Per Annum D.O.E

Digital Waffle is currently partnered with a Fintech company, We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will be creating future products and improving current software, you will be designing and developing high-quality software to make it more cutting-edge and user-friendly

Responsibilities:

• You'll be involved in all areas of the SDLC collaborating with a talented development team and stakeholders
• Striving for technical excellence and quality while maintaining timely delivery of projects
• Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team where possible

What skillset you will hold:

• Extensive Back-End experience with Node.JS, Express, and NestJS
• Solid Front-End experience using React/Vue, TypeScript, JavaScript HTML, and CSS.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Databases such as SQL or MongoDB
• Proven problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of best practices
