The Role

Commercial Real Estate - Associate Solicitor - Up to £80,000 salary

This award-winning national practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive base of businesses and private individuals, including many household names and blue chip clients.

Due to the expansion of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint an Associate with 4-8 years of PQE who will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of national real estate transactions.

You will be joining an established team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in The Chambers, and will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance.

The Candidate

• Commercial Real Estate Associate with 4-8 years post-qualification experience
• Must have a strong academic background
• A passion for business development
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
