Responsibilities:

  • Independently deliver high-quality UX writing and content design for end-to-end user experiences.
  • Uphold design standards and brand voice, guiding users seamlessly through the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to propose holistic design solutions.
  • Manage and execute assigned priorities, achieving objectives with minimal assistance.
  • Actively identify and act on opportunities to expand your responsibilities within the product team.
  • Address user challenges by leveraging established writing principles and deliver practical improvements.
  • Develop relationships with teams, provide training, and contribute to cross-project collaborations.


Requirements:

  • Experience in writing, marketing, UX writing, or content design.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
  • Proficiency in UX writing and content design principles.
  • Familiarity with UX principles, product development methodologies, and design guidelines.
  • Experience in research, testing, analysis, and metrics.
