Remote Technical Lead Role:

Role Overview – Technical Lead:

• Based in Cambridge with office presence required twice a month.
• Role breakdown: 70% management, 30% coding and team collaboration.
• Managing a small team of 5-15 developers
• Shape the technical direction of the team and the business as needed.
• Mentor Lead Developers and facilitate their growth and team interactions.

Technical Requirements:

• Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
• Essential Skills: C#, .NET Core, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, SQL, Cloud.
• Desirable Skills: Typescript, Golang, Java, DevOps.
• Experience: Proven track record of leading a team, ideally of 5-15 people.
