The successful candidate will oversee the technical direction of projects, manage engineering delivery, and mentor electrical teams across multiple offices to help them reach their full potential. Role Requirements:

• Electrical Design Development: Experience in creating electrical designs from concept through to detailed design and construction across sectors such as Mixed Use, Retail, Commercial, and Residential.
• Project Management: Ability to manage finances and staffing resources to ensure successful project delivery within budget.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical management and represent the company in client and contractor discussions, ensuring design quality and adherence to best practices.
• Professional Credentials: Must be a Chartered Engineer with an electrical engineering qualification.
