Corporate Finance Analyst - £70K + Bonus + Benefits - Hybrid - Central London

With 2024 seeing quarterly revenues increasing 30% year on year, record increases in new customers and significant large scale contracts won, this scale up technology business is bucking the industry trend and enjoying both growth and profitability.

They have also successfully made a number of key acquisitions and this will continue to be intrinsic to their ongoing growth strategy. They are also about to kick off a significant Debt raise!

Working closely with the head of Corporate Finance, you will perform key analytical and financial modelling to support key strategic projects such as capital raises and refinancing, corporate development opportunities (acquisitions, mergers, divestments), business development opportunities and ad hoc scenario analysis.

Your role

• Maintaining the long range financial model by updating the latest scenarios and suggesting improvements to the structure
• Assess strategic opportunities by running key financial analysis
• Produce commentary and analysis of assumptions, scenarios and sensitivities
• Support on financial aspects of key strategy projects
• Ad hoc requests from the business
• Maintain and develop financial model infrastructure process and documentation

About you

• Bachelor degree essential, Masters / professional accounting / analyst accreditations desirable
• You will be a financial modelling whiz - comfortable handling complex models in Excel, understanding the key drivers and familiar with NPV and IRR returns analysis
• An ability to summarise complex concepts and present to Senior Stakeholders is also key
• Confident in deciphering financial statements
• Attention to detail also key

This is a fantastic opportunity for an in house corporate finance / strategy analyst or someone keen to move in house from a bank, PE House or Big 4 environment.
